Terms of Service

Hire.monster is a job-search productivity tool that aggregates international remote tech job listings, scores them against your resume, and provides AI-assisted tools including a job tracker, tailored resume generator, cover letter generator, and an AI assistant.

The service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hire.monster. By accepting these terms, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Accounts are managed by Clerk, our identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not create accounts for others without their consent or use automated means to create accounts.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download job listings or other content from Hire.monster. The job data we aggregate is already publicly sourced — re-exporting it at scale is prohibited.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize any part of the service or its data.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, contains malware, or is designed to harm.

Your content. Resume data, notes, and other content you create remain yours. You grant Hire.monster a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use that content solely to provide the service (e.g., matching, AI generation, search indexing). We do not claim ownership over your content.

Our content. The Hire.monster platform, UI, branding, and aggregated job data are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

Hire.monster offers three tiers:

• Free — limited job views, basic tracker, limited AI usage per month.
• Pro — full job board access, unlimited tracker, expanded AI quota.
• Power — everything in Pro plus priority AI processing and higher rate limits.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy.

Hire.monster is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are accurate, current, or complete. We are in beta — things break.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hire.monster and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or job opportunities, arising from your use of the service or inability to use it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
