The Senior HRBP Manager supports warehouse operations by aligning workforce strategies with business goals. This role partners with leaders to address staffing needs, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They drive engagement, develop Ops frontline and HR talents, and ensures consistent HR practices that foster a safe, productive, and high-performing warehouse environment.
