Responsibilities
- Lead and execute brand photography for product drops, lifestyle shoots, campaigns, and social-first content
- Develop shot lists and content concepts aligned with seasonal brand direction
- Own NYA SZN’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Develop and execute a structured content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
- Partner closely with Creative and Product teams to align content with seasonal drops, launches, and brand storytelling

NYA SZN is looking for someone to lead the brand’s visual content creation and social media execution for a fast-growing, design-led fashion brand within the SHEIN ecosystem.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for a creative professional who is equally strong behind the camera and in driving social media growth. As NYA SZN scales its brand presence, elevated photography and consistent, strategic social storytelling are essential to increasing brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance.
This role owns the end-to-end creation of visual content — from shoot execution through social publishing — ensuring NYA SZN’s brand is represented with consistency, quality, and momentum across platforms. The ideal candidate is a professional photographer with strong social media instincts, a commercial eye, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced fashion environment.
