About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-facing Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer to support our growth across Latin America. This role will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive technical discovery, solution design, technical scoping, and business value for enterprise merchants in the payments and fraud prevention space.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of ecommerce, payments, fraud/risk management, and can effectively communicate technical concepts in both English and Spanish or Portuguese. What You'll Doing Partner with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle from discovery through close and internal technical handover to implementation teams.

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client payment flows, fraud challenges, and business KPIs Design and present tailored solutions, including Fraud detection strategies (machine learning, risk scoring, policy creation) Payment orchestration and optimization Deliver compelling product demos, support Proof of Value/Proof of Concepts, and technical presentations Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for internal teams Act as a trusted advisor to prospects on: Fraud prevention best practices Chargeback mitigation strategies Payment authorization optimization Support RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback from prospects/existing customers.
