Manager, Machine Learning Engineering (Underwriting)
Affirm is seeking a Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead a team building the economic decisioning engine for underwriting, using novel ML techniques. This remote-first role offers a competitive base pay range of $178,000-$228,000 CAD, equity, and comprehensive benefits including fully subsidized health coverage.

- Set the technical strategy for your team and help engineers tie it together with critical, business-impacting projects.
- Act as a force-multiplier through definition and advocacy of technical solutions and operational processes.
- Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle by partnering with product management, design & analytics.
- Develop talent by providing feedback and guidance, and leading by example.
