Position Overview We are a busy and growing legal services company supporting law firms with process serving and document delivery. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Document/Intake Specialist to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, working with legal documents, and supporting a fast-paced office environment.
You will work closely with our internal team to ensure that they are supported.
What You'll Do Review and process legal documents for accuracy and completeness Perform data entry to initiate, update, and close case files Prepare, scan, image, and upload legal documents for law firm clients Maintain organized digital records and case documentation Communicate with law firms, customers, and contract process servers regarding case updates Perform collection calls for past due balances when necessary Provide professional and courteous customer service Assist with general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of general office or administrative experience preferred Comfortable using basic computer systems and office software Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong typing and data entry accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor when working with clients and legal professionals Work Environment This is an in-office position in a professional office setting.
Employees in this role: Work primarily at a computer workstation Frequently use office equipment such as scanners, printers, and imaging systems May occasionally move items weighing up to 10–25 pounds Must be able to remain seated or stationary for extended periods while working on a computer Must be located in the San Antonio metropolitan area with the ability to work from the office 5 days a week.
Compensation and Benefits Full-time, hourly position $17 per hour, plus overtime Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and 401K available.
