The Role Pantheon is seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer (6 months, 40 hours/week) to join our Talent team and help us scale our Engineering teams. This isn't a single-team sourcing role. You'll hold hiring context across multiple teams simultaneously - sourcing for roles ranging from SWE I to Principal engineers and Directors of Engineering.

You'll partner closely with full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines for highly technical roles while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
