Customer Experience Data Analyst
OpenTable seeks a CX Data Analyst to transform customer experience through data-driven insights. This hybrid role involves analyzing customer interactions using tools like Salesforce and Snowflake, with benefits including paid parental leave and development dollars.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for Support organization for data-related inquiries, providing actionable insights.
- Utilize Salesforce, Zendesk, Snowflake, Superset, and Level AI to analyze customer interactions and behaviors.
- Work cross-functionally with data analytics team to ensure cohesive data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports integrating data across platforms.
- Spearhead projects to forecast customer behaviors and trends using predictive analytics.
