Treasury Back-Office Specialist
Nebius is seeking a Senior Treasury Back-Office Specialist for a 12-month contract to ensure robust, compliant treasury operations, drive SOX compliance, and lead AI innovation initiatives. Responsibilities
- Own and maintain SOX compliance for Treasury-related processes and systems
- Oversee day-to-day treasury back-office activities including trade confirmations, settlements, cash movements, and bank account administration
- End-to-end ownership of the corporate cards program including card issuance, limits, policy compliance, and spend controls
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end treasury processes in LUCID
- Identify and lead AI and advanced analytics use cases within Treasury such as exception monitoring and anomaly detection

The role The Treasury Back-Office Specialist is responsible for ensuring a robust, compliant, and scalable treasury back-office function. This role plays a critical part in SOX compliance, treasury business and IT controls, and process excellence, while also driving innovation through treasury automation and AI initiatives.
The position works closely with Treasury Front Office, Treasury Mid Office, Finance, IT, Internal Audit/ Control, and external partners to ensure accurate execution, strong governance, and continuous improvement of treasury operations globally. This is a 12-month contract full-time role with possible to extend.
