Responsibilities

  • Own and architect GetYourGuide's supplier-facing narrative, building the brand story, content engine, and market position.
  • Define, evolve, and broadcast a distinct, differentiated brand story that earns trust and preference from experience creators worldwide.
  • Lead and coach a growing team of content, brand, and communications professionals.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing content engine delivering case studies, growth playbooks, segmentation-driven pitch decks, and thought leadership.
  • Own annual narrative and event storytelling for conferences and summits, ensuring unified story across all programming and content.

Own and architect GetYourGuide's supplier-facing narrative Define, evolve, and broadcast a distinct, differentiated brand story that earns trust and preference from experience creators worldwide. Set and maintain the supplier-facing voice and messaging architecture, ensuring consistency in all written and spoken communication.

Lead and coach the team Hire, develop, and manage a growing team of content, brand, and communications professionals—providing mentorship, fostering talent, and enabling best-in-class execution across all supplier-facing brand activities. , "How to improve your summer offerings"), segmentation-driven pitch decks, and influential thought leadership.

Annual narrative and event storytelling : Own the "big message" and theme development for conferences, summits, and high-profile events—setting the strategic vision and ensuring all programming, content, and presentations reflect a unified story.

Industry content strategy : Take full ownership of conceptualizing, producing, and distributing content for industry influencers and publications to tell impactful, insightful stories that inform, inspire, and attract suppliers.

Stakeholder management strategy : Direct the strategy and calendar for B2B/industry storytelling, including supply influencers and media, collaborating across the GetYourGuide team and specialist agencies as needed.

Data storytelling : Personally identify, shape, and tell the stories behind the numbers—using data to uncover opportunities, inform market position, and generate influential content and campaigns.

How success is measured: Brand perception : Measurable improvement in supplier trust, preference, and brand favorability (tracked through qualitative and quantitative research) Team excellence : High-performing, engaged team delivering consistent, high-quality work; strong retention and development Market position : GetYourGuide recognized as a leading voice in the experiences industry (media mentions, speaking invitations, industry awards) Content performance : Engagement, reach, and influence of supplier-facing content and thought leadership (downloads, shares, inbound inquiries) Event impact : Attendance, engagement, and sentiment at key summits and conferences Your toolkit 10+ years of progressive experience in brand, B2B content, communications, or related fields, with a strong blend of strategy, execution, and thought leadership Tested people leader : experienced in hiring, managing, and coaching high-potential brand, content, or communications talent Mastermind strategist : skilled at seeing market opportunity and crafting clear, compelling B2B narratives that move audiences and shape perception Proven track record building and scaling impactful content programs—including industry publications and data-driven insights pieces Deep understanding of industry dynamics, with strong experience securing favorable results in forums such as trade shows/conferences, industry newsletters, and more Executive-level presence and confidence working with and influencing C-suite, high-profile stakeholders, and external agencies Inspirational communicator who excels at translating data and trends into compelling stories and strategic direction—no hand-holding required Ideally, experience in dynamic marketplace, travel, or international B2B business environments.
