Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define sourcing and assessment strategies
- Proactively source and engage talent pools using diverse channels
- Conduct interviews autonomously ensuring a consistent selection process
- Use recruitment KPIs and reports within ATS tools to drive data-informed decisions
