Shop Assistant - Limited Period for Summer
Flix seeks a Shop Assistant for a limited summer position (June-August) at Lisbon Oriente Station. You'll be the face of Flix, providing customer service, managing departures, and promoting green mobility. Requires 1+ year customer-facing experience and fluency in English and Portuguese.
Responsibilities
- Support passengers with tailored travel options and promote FlixBus products and services
- Welcome and guide travelers at Lisbon FlixBus shop in Oriente Station
- Coordinate coach departures and arrivals in collaboration with drivers and operations
- Manage ticket sales and refunds, including cash desk responsibilities
- Use digital tools (apps, tablets) to ensure operational efficiency and passenger support
