Associate Commercial Counsel

Role Description We’re looking for a n Associate Commercial Counsel to be a key member of Dropbox’s global commercial legal team focusing on general commercial deal work, including both sales and procurement related deals, processes, and procedures .

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Counsel - North America Lead , this role offers an exciting opportunity to have company-wide impact primarily supporting Dropbox’s global sales and procurement strateg ies and other cross functional teams.

This role is for an attorney in the commercial legal space with a client-first mindset and experience working closely with sales and procurement teams in a world class commercial legal function in support of Dropbox’s business goals.

You’ll be part of a team of attorneys and professionals responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of complex commercial contracts with Dropbox vendors , customers , and other business partners around the world.

Responsibilities Engage personally in complex sales and procurement deals and work collaboratively with various company teams to implement company initiatives. Our team works on every kind of contract that Dropbox signs: sales, vendor procurement, marketing, M&A, real estate, infrastructure, etc. A lot of opportunity to learn different types of agreements and negotiation settings.
