Staff Technical Program Manager, Revenue Product Compliance

Technical Program Managers operate within the Engineering organization and have technical knowledge that enables them to manage company-wide programs, guide cross-team projects, and accelerate the execution of a team’s roadmap.

Consumer Revenue and Revenue Infra are the teams at the heart of premium experiences at Discord. You’ll be working closely with the teams responsible for products such as Nitro, Shop, and Orbs. Your work will be vital in delivering a high-value premium experience, without compromising the core experience for our free users all while maintaining a compliant business.

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
