Cribl is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to build a skilled technical community within the APAC partner ecosystem. This remote role based in Singapore involves mentoring partners, driving partner-led revenue, and enabling partners to solve complex data challenges with Cribl's telemetry platform.

  • Act as the ultimate connector and trusted advisor, building bridges between internal sales teams and partners' technical teams.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority for a portfolio of partners, empowering them with architectural expertise and best practices.
  • Champion partner-led sales motion, mentoring partners' SEs through live sales cycles to increase deal velocity and partner-led revenue.
  • Transform partners' technical capabilities by establishing metrics for success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification.
  • Evangelize Cribl's value pillars and use cases, coaching partners on building compelling business cases.

You will be the force multiplier that enables our partners to win, driving our mutual success and scaling our business across the region. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will… Act as the ultimate connector and trusted advisor, building unbreakable bridges of trust between our internal sales teams and our partners' technical wizards, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared success.

Serve as the primary technical authority for a growing portfolio of partners, empowering them with the architectural expertise and best practices needed to solve their customers' most complex data challenges.

Actively champion the partner-led sales motion, mentoring our partners’ SEs through live sales cycles to build their confidence, increase deal velocity, and drive a significant increase in partner-led revenue. Transform our partners' technical capabilities from subjective to factual, establishing clear metrics for success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification.

Evangelize Cribl's value pillars and use cases, coaching partners on how to build compelling business cases and articulate the unique power of our solutions. Improve the overall experience for our customers by ensuring they receive expert-level support and guidance from a highly competent, local partner network that you helped build.

Be the champion and driving force behind our partner technical enablement strategy in APAC: sponsoring and executing a world-class program of workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions. Document compelling use cases in blog posts and contribute enhancements to product documentation. Travel up to 50% across the APAC region to engage with partners and support key opportunities.

We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours. If You’ve Got It - We Want It We are looking for a unique blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentorship.

5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support. Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams.

Experience developing technical training materials (workshops, labs, presentations) is a significant plus. Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.

A proactive, programmatic mindset with a talent for building relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders. You live in Singapore. ) Experience working remotely.

Salary Range ($175,000 - $250,000 SGD) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to regional results.
