Director Sales, Germany (Enterprise)
Cribl is seeking a Director of Sales for Germany to lead a team of Enterprise Sales Reps, driving new logo acquisition and account expansion in a remote-first environment. This role requires 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience and a track record of overachievement.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across a specific geography
- Build a sales team and develop future sales leaders
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- Play a key role in developing the GTM strategy
