Executive Assistant
ChargePoint seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of People in Campbell, CA. This on-site role requires 8+ years of C-suite support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a growth mindset. The position offers a salary range of $110,000-$140,000 plus equity.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for executive team, resolving conflicts and anticipating priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries including visa requirements and expense reports
- Lead planning and execution of meetings, team-building events, and high-level hospitality
- Act as primary point of contact between executives and internal departments
- Execute monthly expense reporting, accounting tasks, and manage POs and billing

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $ 110,000 to $140,000 . This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable.
