Electrical Test Engineering Tech Lead
WHOOP is seeking an Electrical Test Tech Lead to lead lab-based test infrastructure and validation for human performance products, working cross-functionally and managing a team to drive engineering rigor.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of lab-based test infrastructure and validation approaches for human performance optimization products
- Work cross-functionally with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Software teams
- Manage a team and own how systems are measured, debugged, and validated in the lab
- Define strategy and build flexible and reliable test setups that accelerate learning and de-risk designs
- Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and drive strong engineering rigor in test and validation

As an Electrical Test Tech Lead in the WHOOP Hardware Electrical Engineering team, you will lead the development of lab-based test infrastructure and validation approaches for highly integrated human performance optimization products.
You will work closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Software teams to enable rapid iteration during advanced development, new product introduction (NPI), and continuous improvement.
You will manage a team and own how systems are measured, debugged, and validated in the lab, defining strategy and building flexible and reliable test setups that accelerate learning and de-risk designs. You will mentor engineers, establish best practices, and drive strong engineering rigor in test and validation.
