About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with strong expertise in music publishing and copyright licensing to join Spotify’s Legal Licensing team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Business Affairs, Finance, and Product teams to structure, negotiate, and draft complex licensing agreements with CMOs and music publishers.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the legal frameworks that govern how musical works are used across Spotify’s service in APAC, helping enable innovation while supporting rights holders and creators.
