Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer requests ensuring high quality standards
- Provide consultancy to clients (dealers and private) on digital solutions
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Analyze data and produce reports to monitor performance and trends
- Collaborate cross-team and cross-country with Sales, Product, Marketing
