Product Lead - HER

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to take end-to-end ownership of key product experiences across our iOS and Android apps (and occasionally web). This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful autonomy and influence.

Your primary focus will be creating distinctive, sapphic-first experiences that clearly differentiate HER in the dating market — while directly supporting rapid active user growth and a strong focus on revenue performance. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Leadership to shape what we build, why we build it, and how it performs in the real world.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life. We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our New York office three days a week.
